Will I have control over the assistant selection process?
Yes! For the Ready and Custom Roles, you’ll receive recorded interviews with pre-vetted candidates and will have the opportunity to pass or approve the assistant based on your preferences. For the Basic Role, we’ll place the first qualified candidate for you, streamlining the process and allowing you to get support faster without needing to schedule interviews.
What’s the difference between Ready Role, Custom Role, and Data Activator Role?

What is the replacement guarantee?
- 120 Days for any client who has placed a Ready Role.
- 60 Days if you place a Custom Role or Data Activator Role without a prior Ready Role.
What kind of onboarding do you provide?
Ready Role and Data Activator clients receive a guided 10-day onboarding system to train the VA, align on tasks, and ensure early wins.
Is onboarding included in Custom Roles?
No. Custom Roles do not include onboarding. We provide a vetted candidate and setup instructions—but you lead the training.
What kind of tools/software are assistants trained on?
Assistants have experience with tools like Gmail, Slack, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Supermove, Dialpad, social media platforms, and CRMs like HubSpot or SmartMoving.
How do I pay my assistant?
You pay them directly using Upwork, GoLance, or another hourly freelance platform. We do not take a cut.
Do assistants work during U.S. hours?
Yes. All assistants are pre-vetted to work in your preferred timezone, including U.S. daytime or evening hours.
Do you offer evening and weekend coverage?
Yes. Many clients place assistants for lead follow-up, dispatch support, or social media monitoring during off hours.
What post-placement support do I receive?
- Ready Role and Data Activator: onboarding assistance, proactive coaching, performance support.
- Custom Role: candidate delivery + replacement guarantee only.
Can I get a discount on additional assistants?
Yes. Clients with an active Ready Role receive 20% off future placements—whether it’s another Ready Role, a Data Activator, or Custom Role.
What happens if my business needs to change mid-placement?
We’ll work with you to reassess and rematch if needed. A role-change fee may apply for a full replacement.
Do I have to train the assistant myself?
Only if you choose a Custom Role. Ready Role and Data Activator placements include full onboarding guidance and structured delivery.
Can my assistant help with social media or marketing?
Yes—especially Custom Roles and Data Activators. Tasks include scheduling posts, following leads, tracking DMs, and reporting analytics.
